our recent stay at the hotel was amazing. the staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home and added lovely touches to our room. the bed was comfortable and the facilities, like the pool and gym, were great. definitely one of the best hotels we've stayed at in beijing.

The staff was excellent and the neighborhood was great. The metro station was only 600m away, making it convenient for getting around. The hotel didn't have any ripoff tactics and the staff didn't constantly seek tips. The bedding was top-notch and the pool was refreshing. The hotel was also located near a park with a long pedestrian path along a river, perfect for exploring.

Felt like family, nothing was too much trouble.

The prompt service recovery, good spread of breakfast items, comfortable bed, spacious room, close to subway and shopping mall.

I had an amazing stay at the Renaissance Beijing Capital Hotel. The executive suite I stayed in was absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views of the city. The bed and shower facilities were top-notch, providing ultimate comfort and cleanliness. The executive lounge on the 24th floor was a highlight of my stay, offering a wide variety of delicious Chinese and Western food options. The service provided by the staff at the lounge was exceptional, with their excellent command of English. The hotel restaurant on the 4th floor was also fantastic, offering a plethora of food choices and a wonderful coffee bar. The pool on the 27th floor offered beautiful views and a relaxing experience. Despite the initial hassle of getting to the hotel, the location is great, with a subway station nearby and plenty of good restaurants and a shopping mall in the vicinity.
